Our commitment
Mark-Mate is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML with a single H1, landmark regions, and logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- ARIA labels on icon-only controls, and accessible accordion patterns with
aria-expanded/aria-controls. - Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative graphics are marked as such.
- Text and interactive elements meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimum (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components); our orange accent is used in a darkened tone wherever it carries text.
- Responsive layout that works across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter content or a feature that is not yet fully accessible, please let us know — we treat every report as a priority.
